Star Workstation 6.41 Integration Report

Having a little problem....

We're running a Varian ProStar HPLC (gradient system with 335 diode array UV/Vis detector). It used to be that when the method was complete it would output a TXT file with the integration results in it (the same that you get if you open the chromatogram in the viewer and then right-click/export data as ASCII).

What am I missing?

Hi, we don't print reports so apologies if this doesn't help:

In the method editor window, if you go to the PDA control section, under the relevant Channel do you see section called "Standard Reports"? There's a whole series of headings including "print options", "calibration block report format" etc which have various selections relating to how the reports are printed.

Been through all those options, none of which appear to make any difference. What I have noticed is that at the end of the run, this appears a the bottom of the screen:

Autolink command REPORT32.EXE -rai CHEMIS32 not installed or cannot run


Any ideas anyone?
