Hi everybody,

I am planning to purchase a GC system and got various quotes from different vendors and after checking their service support in my area i am finally considering two brands which are agilent 7890B and shimadzu 2014 GC systems.
Can anyone tell me that which system is better regarding the performance/specification etc.

Thanks & Regards,
Afzal
You haven't specified inlets, detectors, samplers, software so how can anybody tell you which GC is better?
Please send more details if you want useful information

Thanks for your reply kubowicz.

The GC system is with FID Detector, Auto Sampler, (CDS is "OpenLab for Agilent, GC Solution for shimadzu")
and split/splitless injection system.
