Hi, I have been having trouble with an extraction, although the calibration curve is linear the amount extracted from the QC samples is the double the expected value. Any help?

The first thing I would do is check everything for some factor of two error (dilution, calculation, etc.).
If this doesn't solve the problem, I would post much more information so that a better solution might be suggested.

Have you assayed placebo samples, and also assayed spiked placebo samples?
