So I recently began working on an hplc instrument with EZ Chromelite software, I have been wondering, how do you calculate the %Assay using the software? I mean automatically (in a sequence), when handling many samples, the calculator seems like a time waste. I would really appreciate this. Thanks!

First of all it depends on the version of Elite you are using. But assuming that it is a recent one, did you ever try to look into the Advanced Reporting? It is an Excel like tool that allows you to make run specific reports AND also entire sequence reports.

It's a recent edition, the advanced reporting section in EZ Chrome elite is similar to open lab, I know the advanced report section, but I'm not sure about the Assay thing, i think it's a trick or something, pardon my lack of experience.
