I am going to try to set up a method for GMP in milk, any coments and ideas for columnas that gave satisfactory results?

You can try a HILIC column with 300A pore size (depending on the MW of your GMP) or a silica based SEC column with very small particles.
A good sample preparation on SPE is required.
