ChemStation Software

Hi,

I am new here and working for in IT for a company that uses the HPLC and Chemstation software. We are running on computers with windows XP and I keep getting called down to the lab to fix a graph in chemstation. Except, there is no way to fix it that I have found. Every time a graph is displayed it is displayed perfectly fine. But when you zoom in chunks of the graph are missing. this happens about 80% of the time when zooming in. It is very frustrating to the lab personnel and I have updated drivers, tried different cables, tried a different monitor.. all i can think of doing.

Do any of you all have any experience in what I am going through?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chase

sometimes graphic card is responsible for faulty display

Chase,

Go to your display properties and turn off "hardware acceleration" if this is turned on, it causes all kinds of weird display stuff in Chemstation on windows XP.

I have ordered another video card.. just wanting to try different things in the interim..

And I will go see if "hardware acceleration is turned off.
