Service contractor for Bruker GC/MS?

Hi All.

Does anyone know of a third party contractor for Bruker GC/MS repair and service? The Tech from Bruker is close to useless and very hard to work with. Seems nobody likes to wok on these, though...

No shortage of people who can help but it might make a difference which country you are in
Bruker MS; old Varian quad or new Scion ?
Can certainlt assist if UK ?

I would suspect that if you talked to your sales rep with your comments, that might shake things up. They might be interested in bringing in an outside GC/MS expert from some other region for example.... Maintenance agreements are pretty valuable to these guys.
