Hello everyone,
We already connected Q-Exactive to Waters UPLC on one PC. We tried to controlled the UPLC from X-Calibur. Theoretically it is possible but in practise it doesnt't work properly. Acquity can be controlled from X-calibur in terms of changing any parameters but permanently stay in status " initializing" so the sample cannot be run. If anyone have the same set of instruments and has an idea what the problem is?

thanks and kind regards :D

Ania,

what versions of XCalibur and LC Devices do you have? In a week or so I am going to make the same kind of connection and I would really need to make it on the same PC..
