Hi all,

I am using Masslynx with my HPLC-MS/MS I have just realise the values I get for response are diferent than the values I get for the response evethough I am not using an internal standard to quantify my compounds. Is this normal? Why is this happening? What is the best option to quantify?

Thank you very much,

Carol

Do you have more than one mass trace in MRM? If you have ticked "use secondary ion" in the quantification tab of quanlynx, it will add the peak areas of both ions, which gives you the response value.

Fantastic!!

I works!! Thank you very much!!
