Problem with column active heater of HClass System

Problems instrument:
- the column manager does not respond to temperature regulation bringing the column to maximum temperature.

Software problems:
- Empower records only the room temperature;
- Empower does not allow to change the temperature of the column because the Column Manager section is not reported;
- Empower acquires only the data of "Sample Manager" and of "Quaternary Solvent Manager".

Hi,

Sounds like you mightn't have the correct options selected for the column manager. Should have the same or compatible firmware on all modules.
When you open the acquity console you should see all modules, then you can verify firmware. Also, you should see the cm and be able to set the temp, on the two channels.
Do you have a service contract for the instrument?
