Switching two columns

Hello,
I am facing one problem, we have two analysis with two different columns, also we have two different movil fases. When we change from one column to the other, it takes aproximately 3 hours to accondition the column for the analysis. So we are thinking in a switching system but to make it automatic we need to have a more complicated system and to a simple one as we understand.
