Hi ,

Any possible way to calculate 2 results without processing twice
I have managed to calculate mg/tablet lets say but also require %LC as the final results

Can the 'ESTD concentration' be manipulated (maybe user defined or custom field as Chromeloen or Empower capabilities) to include another factor (ie dose in this case)

Example
Reproted
Result (mg/tab, taken from Ez chrom)
39.8
39.9

% LC (40mg dose calculated manually)
99.5
99.75 (99.8)

Anyway these values can be presented in the final report as one document, processed once

Any info much appreciated

Cheers
Hi,

the concentration calculated based on the calibration is stored in Raw Amount.
Then multipliers/dilutors/sample amount from the sequence is applied to reach the ESTD.

So by smartly using the multipliers and dilutors you can get to the desired results.

If that not helps, then you can create custom parameters in the Advanced section of the method.

Hi ,

Sorry for the late reply.

I have noticed this 'Raw Amount' as a table property.

But , for example using dilutors and mulitpliers as result of 495mg/tablet is obtained (this is ESTD concentration)
How would you substitute in a dose factor , in this case 500 so a result of 99.00% LC could also be reported

How would one result be 'Raw amount' and the other 'ESTD concentration' when both results require dilutors and multipliers. and not just calculated based on standard calibration

Thanks in advance for your help
