Hi guys,

do you guys had a issue as to GC oven sensor? It said gc oven sensor is missing,so fan does not spin and temperature does not ramp.
Sounds like the controller can't see the temperature sensor. Check the connections, if it is all good check your thermocouple. If it has infinite resistance, you need a new one.
I had to replace an oven thermocouple in an Agilent 6890 a few months ago.

This should've been in the GC section (even if such GC is attached to an MSD).
I replaced the heating coil with sensor. thanks guys.
