Hi,
I need to develop purity method HPLC/GC for above compound.
The problem on HPLC is retention of that material
I 've tried reverse phase C18( retention on solvent front) low and high pH
Then I've tried hillic with the same lack of retention.

Thanks for any help in advance

This compound is polar enough that retention in HILIC shouldn't be a problem. Please supply the following details:

1) The column you're using.
2) The mobile phases
3) The composition of the solvent that the sample was in when injected.
