Help me, the problem of vacuum system (VARIAN, Saturn 2200).

Dear All,
I face to the problem of vacuum system (GCMS, Varian, Saturn 2200). Following are the problems:
1. When turn on, initialising, the vacuum system is Full Speed with Turbo Speed is increased from 56%, 64%, 90% and 100%. Afterward, it flips to 0%, then flops to 100% continuously.
2. I press the Reset key, no error message display, the vacuum system is Low Speed with Turbo Speed is 100% (stable).
3. I return to normal run, with the vacuum system is Full Speed, the Turbo Speed is always flip flop to 0% and 100%.
What is the problem of the vacuum system, the turbo pump or controller? Woud you please help me to fix the problem?

If memory serves me, I think that is the turbo. Worse case you get both and send back one
