Hello everyone.

For the LSDs (lisosomal storage disorders) in newborn plasma application, which instrument should i choose and what is the reason to choose it?

My lab will buy first LC-MS/MS so i m searching which is the best? I m interest about system's performans firstly.

If anyone have idea about this application or any application for these instruments to make a compare, i will appricate.

Thank you :)
P.S: I m new about LC-MS
I don't know the TQD and the Endura is still very new so I don't have much feeling for that one yet.. It looks good on paper..

Best you can do is send samples to Waters and Thermo and get them to prove to you which is best for your application.

It is very rare you can get an exact answer for "what is best" when asking.. It is usually very much up to personal preference and specific application.

Good luck in choosing and let us know what you decide to go with and on what basis. :)
Kind regards
Leadazide
