chromeeon privilege level

Hi ,

Im trying to import some old data/qnt/rdf's onto Chromeleon 7.1.2 but with no success.
The message when trying to import is 'missing privilege level' but in admin console I cannot see this box to tick

Any ideas?

are the old data from CM 6.8? (and you are in 7.1.2 now...)
how do you try? Out of a backup file?

Hi ydna6969,

You can not import Chromeleon 6.8 (.cmb) files directly into Chromeleon 7.x (.cmbx).

To do this operation you need to mount the 6.8 datasource in Chromeleon 7.x. The datasource either needs to be on the same physical PC as the Chromeleon 7 installation, or at least on a network share. You can then drag and drop the 6.8 files into 7.x via the Chromeleon 7 console.
