Chemstation Software tutorial/help

I have to set up a agilent GCMS. It has never been used before. I am a bit rusty with setting up methods and quantifying with chemstation. Do you guys know of any step by step guides or even consultant company that can help?

In the UK, Crawford Scientific do training courses on Agilent, so far as I know both on-site tailored and off-site regular courses. I don't know if they'll do onsite training in Ireland (it's not far), or whether there are better sources of training locally.
