Dear All,

Could any one help me in listing of parameters to be done for uncertainity measurements for chromatograpghy like GC, GC-MS and LC-MS/MS.
Even relevant literaturs also will do.

Thanking you in advance.

With best regards

Uncertainity of chromatography is associated with method of analysis.

It can be evaluated from the method validation parameteres like Secificity, Precision, Accuracy & range.

More comments please.
