200ml of mobile phase was collected from 21mm column, some system bleeding(white solid, slightly soluble in mobile phase) was found. I just wonder if column bleeding produce these stuff?
My guess is the following:
It is some buffer salt coming off from the column. Column was stored in mobile Phase for a while. Right?
What is your mobile Phase composition?
