Transfer for HPLc

I was wondering, How to know to decide wich test we need to do when we are making a transfer for HPLC (from one laboratory to another laboratory) I know the diferent tests like accuracy, repetability...

To be honest if you are in a regulated lab environment you should repeat the validation exercise in Lab 2 using the criteria established by Lab 1. then look at analyzing the same samples in both labs to check if the results differ significantly.
