Hi all,

I have an application that requires indirect UV of 280 nm. I am not so sure how to setup the parameters in the DAD: the wavelength, the bandwidth, the ref...
Could anyone have done this and help.
Thanks.
Besides too little information:

Just use standard settings for the UV detector. What you need to change is the polarity of the signal. Or your software needs to be able to cope with negative signals.
In case of a signal cable connected to a integration system, interchanging of the two signal cables may help.

Thanks for your input. I just set the ref wavelength at 280nm and the signal is 360nm. It works.
