Hello friends,

I want to know, what is the exact meaning of a dull chromatogram. Many samples gives a chromatogram in which there is very low response of metabolites but the internal standards response does not changes, so could we say this a dull chromatogram.

I've never heard that term. For me, a dull chromatogram shows the separation of few components. Interesting chromatograms show separation of many components - particularly when they are closely related materials.
Like rb6banjo, I've never heard that term.
Another vote for "dull chromatogram" being meaningless.
