I am relatively a new user with not much experience with Empower.
I am using Empower 3 (UPLC/pda data)for identifying 3 peaks in my unknown sample.The problem is during library matching. The system has few standard spectra stored in the library (Created by previous user)
Now when I process, Only one of the 3 peaks matches correctly with spectra of one of the standards, but the other two components are showing match to one same standard.
I was suggested not to use the closet match after processing but to reprocess after selecting the correct match because the second and the third match angle identify the right peak for other two peaks of the unknown sample.
How do I reprocess? Or may be how should I be processing?
In the peak labeling the only option is the first PDA/match and that's what I am not getting correct for two out of three peaks.
