Hi all,

Does anybody have any experience working with Varian ChromatoProbe (which is use analyzing solids, liquids, and slurries without any sample preparation)? This device is used with 1079 PTV inlet. I removed standard liner and septum support of the inlet and replaced the support of Chromatoprobe but the pressure of inlet did not rise. I think there was a piece missed which should be placed in the inlet.

Any help would be appreciated.
Since I can't see what you did I have no way to know what you might have left out. Check your assembly against the instructions - if you don't have them do a google - to see what might be missing. And then once you have all the right bits follow the procedure they give.
