Chemstation missing calibration tables

We have 2 1100 HPLC units running off one PC. One system is operating normally and the 2nd system appears to be operating normally with the exception that all of the calibration tables in every method have disappeared. They were there on Monday and gone on Tuesday. No software pushes were performed on the PC so we are at a loss as to why the cal tables are gone.

The only thing noticed on boot-up of the problem system is an error message that flashes across the bottom of the screen saying "internal error."

Has anyone else experienced an issue such as this and have any course of action to take. We can't rebuild the cal table because when we get to that section during the method edit phase, the system pretty much crashes.

Any help would be appreciated.
With both instruments closed, run IQT (Installation Qualification Tests) to see if any programs have been changed or moved.

Open the Chem32\2\Methods folder and copy a calibrated method to another folder. Open Instrument 1 and select Load Method, browse to this folder and load the method. Does the cal table appear? If so, the method is fine.

Browse to Chem32\2 with instrument 2 closed, and rename the Config.Reg file to Config.Bak (if a config.bak exists, rename it to Config.Old first). Start ChemStation and load a method, does the cal table exist? If so, on the command line enter: RestoreColumns <This command will copy any columns you have entered from Config.bak to the system's config register, and create a new config.reg the next time ChemStation closes.

If this fails, close ChemStation, browse to Chem32\2\ and rename the Temp directory to Temp.Old. Create a new, empty Temp directory in Chem32\2, then restart ChemStation.
