Perkin Elmer Autosystem communication error/ codes

Hi.

We have problems with Perkin Elmer Autosystem XL (Arnel) GC havin Turbochrom control and integration program and "Black box " connection between PC and GC.
GC is telling us: DTF
And turbochrom continues: Seize error (993) or seize error 35 at A.

My guestions: I. where can I found explanation to these error codes?
Question II: what might be the problem and is there any easy (read cheap) solution to that.

I'm not sure where you can find a master list of the codes but I too have an Arnel. DTF means the detector support gases (one or more) are not what they should be.

I had to change a PPC module a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't get a DTF error message to clear. It was the air flow controller on my second FID. Swapped it out with another and it has been working beautifully since.

DTF is the detector flow. My guess would be it is your Air for the FID? Make sure you have between 80-90 psi going to the GC. If your gas supplies are good, than it is likely that the PPC module is bad and will need to be replaced.
