hello,
I would like to develop a simple MS method to analyze caffeine by LC MS MS. (It's the first time i do it)
What is the different step to do it? How to do infusion, settings and developing method?
I have an HPLC 1100 with pump, autosampler and oven and an API3000
My LC method is : 85% water and 15% Acetonitrile at 0.8ml/min, no gradient, C18column, run time : approximatively 5min. I inject 10µL and the oven is set at 40°C.
The api 3000 works perfectly.
My software is Analyst 1.3.
