Select TSQ vantage, Xevo TQ-S, Agilent 6460, Absciex 4500?

we will purchase a lc ms/ms system with high sensitivity. we are selecting among TSQ vantage, xevo TQ-S, Agilent 6460, Absciex 4500. you can give us some advices.

Try them all out on samples provided by you (and make sure the manufacturers behave fairly and all run the samples the same way!). Don't forget to check that you're comfortable with the software, that all options are included in the price, and that the manufacturer is able to service the instrument for you if it goes wrong.
