I am dealing with qualitative analysis using Xcalibr attach to Orbitrap. The sample is water and dealing with structure elucidation of unknown compounds for developing a method for monitoring purposes. Is there anyone who has experience on how to do elemental composition determination of small molecules using this software. I went over the Thermo website but could not find something in detail. We focus on CHNOS elements (no halogens under consideration at this point).
