Dear All
Is there any LCMSMS method to determine the synthetic penolic antioxidants like BHA,BHT,TBHQ in food matrices
Is there a particular reason you want to use LCMS? Those are small enough to do by GC. You can see a "microsniff" of BHT in liquids (SPME sampling in the headspace) without even working hard. Those others would behave likewise.
