hi 
now i'm developing vitamin D3 by LSMSMS but i have a problem to get the low concentration such as 1ppb-10ppb.
for high level such as 50-500ppb i can have it.mobile phase that i used is 5mM Ammonium Acetate in H2O and 5mM Ammonium Acetate in MeOH, and i used gradient to run it.
for the first time i develop it i manage to get the low concentration but after a few running the respond of low concentration is same. i just wonder it is caused of the column or my mobile phase.
so anyone here been running the vitamin D3?
