Dear all,

I wonder if pre-packed columns with Sephadex G-25 exist for HPLC (separation of polymers only by size).

Have you still heard about it? I searched on the web but no results...

:(

Thank you in advance!

sephadex is too soft to operate at the pressures/flow rates used in HPLC. There are a wide range of GFC packings available for HPLC use from vendors like Tosoh, BioRad (and GE, for that matter) as well as from the usual suspects (Waters, Agilent, Phenomenex, Alltech, . . .). You shoud be able to find something in the right MW range.
