Galaxie Chromatogram not showing

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my GC. Whenever I run a sample through the machine, the software does not plot the chromatogram. I am using Windows XP SP3 with Galaxie Workstation 1.8.501.1 and a Varian 3900. The computer and the GC are communicating with each other, and the detector even changes voltages when I test it with methanol. The software does not even identify any noise.

Any idea how to fix it?

This usually happens when Windows Firewall is ON.
Please turn firewall OFF.
