Hello!!

I want to know if somebody has used Agilent OpenLAB Chromatography Data System (CDS)
EZChrom Edition, because I´ve been working in a validation method and I have some troubles to calcualte Signal to noise (6-Sigma).

If somebody can help me I apreciate that.

Depending on which release you have from OpenLAB EZChrom you also would have ups and ep noise calculations.
For 6 sigma if I am not mistaken it is in the advanced section of the method unde system suitability settings. There you specify the time range on which you want to calculate it.
If you can wait till march 11 then I am back at the office and could help you further.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

But I have a trouble with that, because I made the steps that you told me, but, the results are confusing.

The calculations that I need is with 6 Sigma. Is the reason that I can´t use the other options.

I´ll try to do the tips that you told me again, maybe I skip some step.

Thanks again

Also I have to tell you, I don´t require the System Suitability test for 6 sigma, the thing the I requiere is 6 sigma in the reporter, because I´m in the development of a method for cleaning

Thanks
