gradient for faropenem

dear friends ,
i am developing gradient elution for faropenem sodium using MEOH and ammonium acetate buffer but the peak has too much fronting. do i need to change the teepness of the gradient?

If your sample solvent contains more organic solvent than your initial mobile phase, try either reducing the percentage of organic solvent in your samples, or injecting a smaller volume.
