Does anyone has more experience of using ionic liquids in mobile phases in order to replace organic (acetonitrile or methanol) in RP-HPLC?
Couldn't it be considered more environmental approach for HPLC mobile phases?
I have read some articles, but the use of ionic liquids in HPLC seems to be still more of academic interest than routinely used in industry. Is this true?
Best regards,
JAM
