Depends on what you are trying to measure - but with a rather open ended question, I'll toss out a couple of ideas.
Pehaps you could insert the end of the bottle into a gas sampling bag. Squirt into the bag and allow the aerosol to land in the bag. Remove the squeeze bottle and rinse the residue out of the bag.
If you are looking for nonvolatile components (salts) you could squirt the bottle into a tube with glass wool in it and air would be drawn through the tube at sufficient velocity to sweep all of the aerosol through the glass wool (rather than escaping into the lab). Then tube would be wide enough to allow the tip of the bottle to be inserted into the end of the tube and still have sufficient air flow.
If you are after components that would evaporate, you could place a couple of gas scrubbing bottles in a train with the first connected to a tube that would be held over the top of the spray bottle. Air would be drawn through the train at a sufficient rate that the aerosol would be drawn into the gas scrubbing train. The air would bubble through water or a buffer in the gas scrubbing bottles. On completion of taking the sample, a bit of water or buffer would be used to rinse any residue from the tube taking the sample and add it to the liquid in the first gas scrubbing bottle.
