FID calibration data

We just calibrated a Agilent GC6890 with C2H2, C2H4 and C2H6 mixture, the concentration for these three components are 0.5%. The column is capillary GS-Carbon PLOT (30m X 0.32mm X 3.00 um), the detector is FID. We would like to know if our calibration data is good enough for future measurement? How much should the errors of the data be? Thanks a lot.

I suggest calculating an RSD (relative standard deviation) = 100*S.D./Average.
Eg for component 1 you've got 100*12/850=1.4 %.
Good enough for purpose?
