Hi

My question is regarding LOD and LOQ,

Q-1 : As per the ich guidlines there are 3-4 methods for the determinaton of lod/loq , whether LOD/LOQ calculated by S/N ratio method and other methods like by taking slope and standard deviation is same, if same can it be justified by doing one method (which ever is easier)???
You can use whatever method you want, if you can justify!
You don't have to use all of them, just pick one and document which one you used.
