Dear Friends,

I would like to hear about any experiences, columns employed, and conditions, in the separation of Fructose and Inulin (polysacharide polymer about 4K MW). The idea would be to measure both species in the same run with good retention and resolution by GPC (no exclusion volume elution).

I have briefly seen some other separations of oligomers of inulin on ion-exchange columns. I woul like to hear comments on these as well.
