Hi!
We have a customer return device, I think it is carbon ink dust on the device inside the package, might have happened during packaging, Can anyone suggest the best way to analyze carbon ink dust? Can i do FTIR on this? or TOC or any other suggestion? please help at your earliest convenience. thanks
If this were my problem, the first thing I'd do is particle morphology using light microscopy.
