Hello all,

Generally speaking , can 0.1% formic acid be used as the aqueous mobile phase instead of 0.1% TFA in regards to peptide analysis by ESI-MS-MS?

Thanks
Absolutely !!!!!!!!!!!!

Will give stronger [M + nH]n+ signals than TFA, which forms very strong ion pairs (neutral).
