I thought I'd share.

I have been running at 2.5% N2 and ~5% H2O on my 6890-5975 for as long as I can remember. Yesterday I refilled the calibration vial. I am now running at 0.2% N2.
Thanks for the tip. I'm sure this is a spot that is commonly forgotten about as calibration solution is rarely added.

This happened to me recently. I blame my technical services guy, as he refused to put but a few drops in the bulb when the instrument was installed.
Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.
You can tell if you have air and H2O in the cal gas vessel by turning the cal gas off when looking at air and H2O in profile mode. If the air and H2O area counts stay the same when cal gas is on and off, you have a leak in the system. If the air and H2O area counts drop when the cal gas is turned off, it is probably in the cal gas vessel.
