Hi,
I would like to know if there is anyone who has experience with Vitamin B1 detection in serum using the Chromsystems kit but with a different collumn.
I was trying it with the Waters Nova-Pak C18 Cartridge, 60Å, 4 µm, 3.9 mm X 150 mm but I do not get a good separation at the parameters provided by Chromsystems.
Considering that the Mobile Phase comes from Chromsystems and I have a constant temperature of 20°C, is there anything that I can do to improve the separation? (besides buying the Chromsystems collumn - which I think is also a C18)
