Hi,

I am recently faced a different problem with on of my HPLC method in this i get standard solution area exactly up to 0.5% with respect test concentration 2.5/ml(area would be7 Digits ).But i can't get it in the case 0.1%( it would be nearly 4 digit only) Mobile phase ph:2.2 with H3Po4 in 1-octane sulfonicacid(0.02M Concentration), Column is zorbax bouns RP

Any one have face this problem, Copuld any one help.
I'm not sure if I understood your problem correctly, but it sounds as if 0.1% is below the LOQ of your method.
