I have doubt on gas cell pirani of waters quottro micro LCMSMS.Gas cell pirani of our LCMSMS is changing during Injection of samples and in stand by condition it is constant and showing 1.00e-004 in running condition it is fluctuating 3.23-3.87e-003 .What is the proper condition of gas cell pirani in Injection of samples.wether it is fluctuating or not.

Hello David
i suppose the issue is not a problem if you got reproducible results
And I suppose the real pressure in standby mode is lower than 1.00e-004 (I think it is just the lower value on scale).
You can also check the readback of Pirani gauge voltage, as I remember it doesn't fluctuate much.
I never paid much attention to Pirani pressure fluctuations in operate mode, next time I work with my QM, I will surely do and write in this thread.
