Chemstation Output Auto Integrator

Discussions about GC and other "gas phase" separation techniques.

Hello,

I'm running an Agilent GC 6890 with Chemstation Rev.A.10.02 (1757). I was able to figure out how to let the software output the results as a report in .txt file format and excel spreadsheet as .xls. But the peak areas and heights are not integrated using the autointegrator. I have to manually load the chromatogram and auto-integrate each one at a time.

Is there any way to have the Chemstation software to output the results using the autointegrator automatically?
Do you have Specify Reports selected and saved as "Percent"? And loaded up example chromatograms, hit "Autointegrate", then save the Method?

We generally just have the ChemStation output the results as %ESTD but on occasion have used as detailed above.

I'm not using ESTD or any other of the available options. I only need the peak areas and heights since I am doing the calibration calculation separately due to my lack of experience with chemstation and anyone to train me on using it.

Right now I have to load each .CH file individually and hit autointegrate manually for each file (I have several samples running and it's a time waster to do this). Also this doesn't save the peak areas and heights after I use autointegrate, I have to write it down. Isn't there an option or way to have the software use the autointegrate option and have it saved in the .xls output files?
