Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help please - trying to run a sample on an agilent 1100. The autosampler picks up the vial and injects the sample fine but then the module immediately aborts after collecting just a couple of data points. The instrument still says acquiring data however but the elapsed data acquistion time stays at zero.

I don't see any issues with the method setup and there doesn't appear to be any info in the log files so any suggestions? Thanks in advance
if you're running in Chemstation, have you looked in the log files that the software should be keeping? Both the main instrument log and the log file for the sequence you were running? The main one can be found under view - logbook - current log-book. The more useful sequence log book can be found by doing view - log-book - open log-book and browsing to where you put the sequence data. It's a .log file there, and is often phenomenally helpful about telling you which module caused the abort, and why.
