Hi all,
can you suggest me how to prepare reverse phase TLC plates.. what's the composition of stationary phase.
To make sure I understand the question, you wish to make your own TLC plates using C18?

I buy them but they are silica-based C18, usually 10-15 micron particle size, with a binder (calcium sulfate?)

To prepare them for use, I usually just spot my compounds and run them (no real preparation).
